The initiative supported by the Valérie Messika Foundation

In 2022, the Valérie Messika Foundation supported Solidarité Femmes in its work to provide listening services, guidance and support to women.

On International Women’s Day, the Valérie Messika Foundation brought together several women committed to advancing women’s rights and protection for a special dinner, creating an opportunity to exchange perspectives and shine a light on their work in the field.

Domestic violence was at the heart of the discussion, as it poses a serious threat to women’s safety and well-being, while society’s silence can contribute to its persistence.

This partnership helped strengthen the protection and support available to women experiencing violence, notably through the 3919 national helpline and Solidarité Femmes’ nationwide network of associations.
